This massage is the same as above and includes legs, arms and back to deeply relax the tension in your body.

There can be a lot of tension held in the scalp, neck and shoulders, this add on aims to stretch out the neck to compliment your treatment.

Upgrade to Hot Stones and experience a unique heated massage as the igneous basalt stones deliver added therapeutic benefits. Smoothed over many years from the first volcanic eruption to being tumbled through river water, these stones contain iron which help them retain the heat to enable us to use them for this specialised massage.
This eases tension and goes deeper into the muscle tissue without the need to apply extra pressure. The heat and weight of the stones make this massage extra special as one massage stroke with a hot stone is 10 times more effective than that of the hand.

Body Exfoliation Allow 25 min | £33
A full body brush is performed first to wake up the circulation, then exfoliating cream is applied to smooth the skin, this is removed with warm mitts while you relax on the treatment bed. This treatment can be added onto any of the massages.
Spa Mud Wrap Allow 75 min | from £73
This unique treatment includes a body exfoliation followed by an application of deep cleansing warm mud. You are then wrapped in a cocoon of blankets to keep the warmth in. Then enjoy a facial cleanse plus face, neck, shoulder and scalp massage while you drift off and relax. You are then escorted to the rainfall shower to rinse off the mud and reenergise.
This is the ultimate spa indulgent treat without having to drive to a spa far away!
Silent Treatment
Choose this option if you would like to keep chatter to minimum and just sit quietly. Perfect if you are feeling overwhelmed or anxious. We understand that small talk can be draining if you are not in the mood or feel like you have nothing to say today, its ok to just be for a while and reset.
