Cancelation Policy

Please note we require at least 24 hours notice if you need to amend or cancel your appointment. Email or call us to let us know as soon as you can so we reschedule and ensure efficient running of the salon. Charges may apply if sufficient notice is not given and online booking fee will be retained.

THERE ARE A FEW CAR PARKS NEARBY, THE FIRST ONE IS AT THE TOP OF BLACKBURN ROAD – ITS FREE TO PARK ALL DAY THERE PLUS IT HAS A CHARGE POINT YOU CAN USE FOR AN HOUR TOO.

THE TOP OF HIGH STREET ROUND THE BACK OF THE SHOPS. YOU CAN PARK THERE ALL DAY FOR FREE

ON STREET PARKING IS AVAILABLE FOR AN HOUR.

AND FINALLY, THE MARKET PLACE CAR PARK IS AVAILABLE FOR 2 HOURS AS IS THE ONE AT THE MINI TESCOS IN BIRSTALL.
